Radnor House

Radnor House is owned by the Elmbridge Housing Trust, which is looking to empty the building and consider other options for the site. As existing residents have been leaving the Trust has not been replacing them, and we understand that only 2 or 3 now remain. We do not yet know what the Housing Trust plans to do with the site, but it is likely that they will want to redevelop it at some point (possibly to provide additional housing), in which case they would need to apply for planning permission from Elmbridge Council. MRA Councillors are monitoring developments at Radnor House closely, and will update the position via our website when more information is available
