Hurst Park Precinct (new Tesco)

The North Area Planning & Licensing Committee gave approval on 12 January to the application for redevelopment of the Precinct by the developers Barton Finch. The full Planning & Licensing Committee, which meets on 12 February, has the final say. The important question of opening hours and delivery times for the new Tesco was left for that committee to decide.
